These guys are serious about their coffee. Easily the best shot of the visit. Nice space as well. Set up for the last few hours in the city before catching the train south.
We had Indian tapas at Chillies in Woodlands, and a few beers at Inn Deep at Kelvingrove, before walking back to the hotel. A total of 20,000 steps and 17km today.
We called in to sample the gelato at Nowita in Partick, and were not disappointed. Way better than yesterday’s, and as good as anywhere outside London, and even within London.

A caffeine break in the West End before heading in to the Kelvingrove gallery and museum.
An exhibition of Banksy works due to open Sunday, but Press only today, and lots of security. A return visit required….

Housed in a building with a varied history, including a century as a trading exchange. The statue of Wellington has become a cultural icon, with the local addition of the traffic cone.
Traveler Looks like you had a great cultural break, a long time since we visited Glasgow.
Traveler Plenty to do for a couple of days. A lot we didn’t have time to do, so may have to return before too long.
Traveler What a great couple of days. Some more excellent weather, and some late sunshine into the evenings. The Banksy exhibit looks worth a visit.
