Darwin

It’s been a great experience being in Darwin. The first day we went to see this really cool Darwin plaza and saw a bunch of cool shops. On Saturday we went to the Fanny Bay Gaol, it felt really creepy and weird walking into cells where killers and other criminals had possibly lived. On Sunday, we had the chance to walk through the old World War II oil tunnels. It’s a must see place! Then after that we went to the wave pool and I had a lot of fun sitting on a tube, bouncing on the waves and trying to kick Jack off his tube. On Monday we went to the Darwin Museum which was all about the bombing of Darwin. At the start of it, Jack and I were in tears laughing from Mal, who had a huge scare from the air that swooshed under his legs during a simulated bomb attack. I also had the chance to sit in the pilots seat in an RFDS jet. It was awesome! Not many people can say they have been in the cockpit of a jet!Baca selengkapnya
