Out of the gorge and up along a higher route. Switchbacks, hairpins, gentle curves, sharp bend, open road, forest. This route had it all including spectacular views. Great driving.
More gorges... Gorges de l'Ardeche this time and instead of driving by river as in theTarn, the road takes you along the top looking down
St Martin l'Ardeche at the end of the gorge, lovely nature based site. Needed break from travel, charge bike etc. And there is a pool!
