I began the day by having breakfast outside at a small patisserie. Then I went to the Sherlock Holmes Museum (could have happily missed it), Daunte Books, Trafalgar Square, The National Gallery and, finally, to King Lear at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. Hot, long, magnificent day!Læs mere

Today I visited Charles Dickens home, the Tower of London and the Superbloom. Additionally, after fearing that my feet might fall off I enjoyed a cruise down the Thames. A perfect, tiring day.

Huzzah! I made it to London, England! We landed at Heathrow around 11:00 a.m. After customs and retrieving my bag I took numerous trains followed by a bus and then walked the rest of my way to the Airbnb I booked in Walthamstow.
