Exploring Cotentin's Rich Heritage

Our exploration of Normandy's treasures continued as we set out to discover the rich history and beauty of the Cotentin region. It was a morning filled with time-traveling adventures and scenic wonders.

Our first stop transported us back in time to the days of windmills as we visited the Old Windmill of Cotentin. This historic structure stood as a testament to the region's agricultural heritage, its weathered blades whispering stories of bygone eras.

Next on our itinerary was the Biscuiterie du Cotentin, a place where we could savor the flavors of tradition. Sampling the delicious local biscuits and treats was a delightful experience, and we couldn't resist bringing some home as souvenirs of our journey.

The Plage de la Vieille Église awaited us, a place where history met the beauty of the coastline. The old ruin of a church added a touch of mystery to this deserted beach, as we wandered amidst its ancient stones, imagining the stories it held within its walls.
