Rainy Charms in Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue

Normandy, with its ever-changing weather, decided to share a different facet of its charm with us today - a light shower that added a touch of misty allure to our adventures. Undeterred by the raindrops, we set our sights on the picturesque fishing village of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue.

Our visit to this quaint village was a delicious affair, as we indulged in the fresh seafood that is a hallmark of the region. The flavors of the ocean were a comforting delight, and our taste buds danced with every bite.

After our satisfying meal, we embarked on a walk around the historic fort that graced the village. The rain seemed to heighten the sense of history that surrounded us, as if the centuries of stories held within the fort's walls were being whispered in the gentle patter of raindrops.
