Week-end trip - Ōarai

Pour finir ce week-end, nous nous sommes rendu à Ōarai, toujours dans la préfecture d'Ibaraki.

L'objectif était de voir le Kamiiso no Torī (かみいそのとりい　神磯の鳥居), les kanjis 神 et 磯 signifiant respectivement "dieu", et "côte". Un torī (鳥居) est une porte traditionnelle, symbole de la religion shintoïste ⛩️

L'endroit est très impressionnant: les vagues viennent s'échouer tout autour du Torī, et l'on peut l'approcher de très près !

À coté de celui-ci se trouve un autre sanctuaire. Il faut monter quelques dizaines de marches pour y parvenir.

Il faisait pratiquement nuit au moment où nous sommes arrivé, donc je n'ai malheureusement pas de meilleures photos à vous montrer 😅

Voilà, c'est la fin de ce week-end en voiture.

To finish this weekend, we went to Ōarai, still in Ibaraki Prefecture.

The goal was to see the Kamiiso no Torī (かみいそのとりい 神磯の鳥居), the kanji 神 and 磯 meaning "god", and "seashore". A torī (鳥居) is a traditional gate, a symbol of the Shinto religion ⛩️

The place is very impressive: the waves crash not only at the foot of the Torī, but also surround it ! And, you can get very close to it too!

Next to it, there is another shrine. You just need to climb a few steps to get there.

It was almost dark when we arrived, so I unfortunately don't have any better pictures to show you 😅

That's it ! The end of this weekend car trip.

最後に、茨城県の神磯の鳥居(かみいそのとりい)見に行った。

そこは本当に、本当に素晴らしい。鳥居の周りに、波が高いから、海の強さを感じた。😮

その近くは、他の神社がある。夜がもうすぐだったから、暗くなってあまり写真がない。
ごめん！🙏
