I think we know how I feel about Beijing by now.
To say some positive things about it I would say the food was pretty good. Also the Great Wall is definitely worth a visit.

Chiang mai was a good time.
I met some pretty cool people and had a fun time just relaxing. It became my base and way of avoiding going back to bangkok.

I spent most of my time doing trips. Sure i didnt see or do everything but I enjoyed spending my tine there.
The highlight easily was seeing the elephants. Which are just really weird things.

I don't know how many times I would go back, but i wouldn't complain if it was one more time.Okumaya devam et

Pai was sweet.
Its very relaxing and I had a ton of fun there. I wish i stayed a bit longer. If I could do this trip again I would come here quickly. I met a lot of great people here and it really helped me get in the mood of the trip.

I didn't do a ton however other than driving around and hanging out. Which is fine by me because the area is so pretty and calming. Didn't have to do much to see something sweet.Okumaya devam et

I was here for 3 days and didn't do much at all. It was the only place I went to in Thailand other than Bangkok that I wasn't a huge fan of. Now could it be fun? Sure, infact the whole setup of the area seemed pretty nice.

I stayed in the south right next to Kats beach. This is where I spent my time. I unserstand that further north is the heart of the place but I had other places I wanted to go.

However my hotel was SUPER nice.Okumaya devam et

Kho phi phi was a breath of fresh air.

I once again really enjoyed my time. Mainly for the people that I met there. It also had what i wanted for the longest time which was a nice beach with clear water. I don't know the last time ive ever seen one if i ever had at all!

I spent most of the time on a boat trip of the area which was pretty cool. Got to see some monkeys and go snorkeling.
The other days i spent either at the hostel or on the beach snorkeling and looking for sharks. It is important to note just how awesome the hostel was and ranks in 1st for places ive stayed.Okumaya devam et

Kho tao was a great follow up to Phi Phi.

While thr hostel wasn't the best in the world it was friendly and in the end I was able to meet some people. More importantly i was the only one in it for something like 3 days. Which honestly was pretty great.

What made Koh Tao so nice was the diving. I went diving for the first time and after that figured since im here I might as well get certified. So my short trip got extended an extra 5 days. It was a lot of fun and with a great instructor I wanted to do it more and more! It wasn't a big deal but was definitely the most work and effort ive put into something on vacation. Everyday i came back exhausted!

Great time though, would do it again if given the chance.Okumaya devam et

We can argue over the timing of the rendezvous back to Seoul. The point is it happened.
Im glad I came back, and in a short time and with little warning I was able to see everyone that I wanted too. Except for Lindsey.

It was colder than i was used to, and in general i just felt under prepared. I saw all of my friends and went to a wedding which was the main goal of coming back. An added bonus was going to a park ive aleays wanted to go to and eating most of the things that I've missed.

It was the closest to "home" i have been and it felt surprisingly comfortable. I could feel the tendrils of never wanting to leave slowly take hold.Okumaya devam et

First stay in Cambodia!
I don't know what I was expecting but it did give me a surprise.

I thought it would be very similar to Thailand and in a way it was. However the infrastructure that exists in Thailand simply does not exist in Cambodia.The poverty was a lot more apparent than I anticipated.

That being said I really enjoyed my short time there. I definitely feel like I could do more. The atmosphere i found to be a lot more relaxing than Thailand and the people were a lot less obnoxious.

As usual I met some cool people and explored the numerous temples with them. Angkor Wat is pretty interesting for sure and so were all of the other temples. They are much different than anything ive seen before. If you considering the scale of everything in the area it is all pretty impressive.Okumaya devam et

After a few days in Cambodia I made my way back to Chiang Mai.
Didnt really have too much planned but I wanted to see there and Pai again before I left the area totally.
I spent about a day there and just took the time to drive around the area including the local univ. I tried to see some waterfalls but unfortunately they were closed down due to flooding.
So i went uo to a temple at the top. I'm not one to visit temples and this didn't make me change my opinion on them. That being aaid the view from the top was prrtty neat.
If this new short stint in Thailand has done anything though its restored my faith in Thai food.Okumaya devam et

The stars kind of aligned, and i kind of knew but a friend was back in Pai which is techincally in the area.
So i jumped on the next bus up there and took the 3 hour windy experience.
Nothing changed for the most part except for the people where I was. It was nice to see some old faces. I alsp did some more substantial eating there too.
I went to Lot cave which took pretty much the whole day. It was sweet. Well the cave was ok but the drive there is one of my favorite stretches of road.
Unfortunately just like the waterfalls in Chiang Mai there was too much water so out of the 3 possible caves I only got to see one.
Things really got adventurous when my bike got a flat tire. Spent quite some time trying to flag a truck down to get back to town.Okumaya devam et

Kuala Lumpur was an interesting city.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and feeling of the place for the most part. Everyone i met was friendly enough and i didn't really feel uncomfortable once.

I walked around a bit my first night there but didnt get to far since it was super late and I was super tired.
My main goal was to see the Petronas towers. They were a lot more narrow than i expected them to be.
Also as a nice change of pace I didnt have some cab driver or old lady shouting at me every 5 seconds.

I think it would be better to spend more time seeing other parts of the country. Either way it was a pleasent introduction to the area and im glad i went.Okumaya devam et

Singapore was awesome. Maybe it was the people I met but it was my favorite place so far.
I would go back here in an instant.
It reminded me of Hong Kong or shanghai just done better.
There were so many different cultures and everything just blended in. I also don't know if I have seen such a pretty city.
I am not sure if there is much more I could have seen but I left with such a good vibe I wouldn't hesitate to go back.Okumaya devam et

Christchurch was alright.
I stayed "downtown" not sure if its where I was or what but I found it strange the extreme lack of people. Like nobody was on the streets at all.

I got lucky with being able to watch a league game my first day there which was a good start. I still don't know the difference. Also went to where they filed Rohan in lotr. It was super windy.Okumaya devam et

Didn't do a ton here, but i enjoted the atmosphere here. A part of it reminded me of Montaina.

I just went for a walk/hike to see the glacier that is sliding its way through the mountains. The glacier itself was pretty dissapointing. However the walk there was great.

Queenstown is a nice small town. It's also the capital of adventure sports apparently. Either way there is a lot to do here and thankfully the weather was on my side.

I was able to do go on a decent hike that i just wasn't prepared for. Go see Milford Sound and even made use of my dslr. Also tried the Nevis swing which was super fun.

For such a small area I never really felt like there was never anything to do.Okumaya devam et
