Running beside camp Kanga is the headwaters of the Proserpine River. Here it is a burbling brook not more than 30m wide. This morning we made our way to the river to take a look.

3 days at this nice farmstay. The grounds are nicely mowed and there are not a lot of campers.
An excellent vantage to view Bowen. We took a walk along a rough unkempt walking track for more great views out to sea then back towards the harbour.
