    Last day in Uluru

    September 22, 2018 in Australia ⋅ ☀️ 24 °C

Today we woke up REALLY EARLY. It was five o'clock when we got into the car. We drove to a site seeing area to see the sunrise on Uluru, I was very cold. We drove straight to a clump of rocks half an hour from Ayers Rock, it was called Kata Tjuta. It warmed up quickly. We did the short walk through the rocks. Apparently that rock is linked to Ayers Rock underground. Then we drove back to Ayers Rock and did a tour of the mala walk. I felt like we were going back and forth. We did the tour, there was lots of information, and our tour guide made lots of jokes. We also saw all the people climbing the rock, and when they came on the tour our tour guide told how disrespectful it was, I could see them thinking ' oopps'. We drove back to our campsite and hung round the pool. It was ICE COLD, even my dad didn't go in. I chilled on the side. Tommorow we are going to drive 3 hours to Kings Canyon.Read more
