Day 6 Sgueiro - 10.8 miles

Beautiful day for a walk. It was cooler than expected, even a little drizzle, but it warmed up to the low 60's and was perfect. As advertised, shorts weather.
Started at 10:15, early for us. Only one refreshment stop on our route today. So we brought leftovers from last night, a delicious spanish tortilla (omelet with potatoes). More level today, we walked through trees, hamlets, and small farms. So pretty. Lots of chickens, cows and horses too.
Met a man from Utah that has been in Europe for 40 years. Also met pilgrims from Boston and Sicily. Probably others too as we're staying in albergue (dormatory). A very nice Albergue. Sleeps 24. Seems almost new. Really nice bathrooms, showers, washer/dryer and buffet breakfast. Hopefully no snorers other than us. I also expect everyone to sleep until 9.Read more
