Holy Island

Edward had a somewhat disturbed second half of the night, getting Sarah up every 45 minutes. So Andrew took Edward through to the lounge while Sarah got a little more sleep.

After we were all up and ready we headed off to Holy Island. One of Sarah and Andrew’s favourites. It was lovely to take Edward across for the first time. Holy Island can get very busy, but we caught it on a fairly quiet day. We walked towards the castle and ate our lunch sitting on a bench overlooking the harbour. We then walked back through the village to see the little school before heading back to the car.

This afternoon Sarah went for a back and shoulder massage at the Ocean Club while Andrew stayed with Edward. Sarah returned feeling relaxed and thankfully Edward was in a good mood so gave her plenty of big grins. We finished off the day with a takeaway from the Italian restaurant in Seahouses.En savoir plus
