Split to Frankfurt, then HK

We have had a waiting day! Firstly our little Air B&B turned out ok. It looked like a bunker from outside, but was suitably beach themed, this was aspirational as it was buried in the suburbs. It did have a jacuzzi.
🤣 Except for the uncomfortable pull-out couch Lucy slept on! Is there a comfy one in existence?
We wandered a couple of blocks and thanks to Lucy’s internet sleuthing we found a restaurant that wasn’t touristy. In fact, it could have been in NZ. Great pizza; three of us shared a 40 cm one. They did go up to one meter!!
We waited for the Uber to arrive🤞, then we waited at Split’s newish airport, A bit of clear air turbulence, but ok. Lovely short flight. I had a window seat so it was interesting seeing more of Europe as we headed to Frankfurt.
Now waiting for our 13hr flight to Hong Kong. We arrive at 3pm tomorrow! Debating when and what to have to eat meantime
