    NB Day 3: Rørvik Bound

    After partaking of the soup Mui brought me when he returned from his pharmacy run in Trondheim, I went back to bed for a long nap. When I woke up around 3:00p, I was feeling much better. But the hacking cough caused by the sinus drainage was enough to keep me in the cabin. At least I could take photos through the window!

    Mui was in and out of the cabin, at one point going up to the bar on deck 8 aft. No … not for a drink. Rather, there was a blue mussel tasting on offer. Mui came back to report that they were tasty … but smaller than the New Zealand green-lipped mussels, which are milder and also slightly sweeter.    Read more
