Venice Verte

Wednesday was a brilliant day :-) we got up and drove two hours to france’s ‘green venice’... a wetland/ canal complex which you can explore by boat. We hired a two-person boat for 3 hours and had the best time... we saw coypu and some great birds and we had a spectacular picnic sitting in the sunshine. In the three hours we only passed one other boat... so we really had the place to ourselves. After a quick ice cream and a drink we drove home and spent the afternoon swimming, playing ping pong and crocheting! XLeggi altro
