Day 6 Beche Ecocamp to Fogar do Vento

Wet and windy day. The route was the usual up and down through forests, which provided shelter from the horizontal rain. The highlight of the trail was upon entering the only Café, come bar, shop...basically everything rolled into one. The owner was a lovely entertaining Spanish lady who could not do enough for us. The tomato, serrano, and cheese bap was almost as big as the hills we have climbed on this Camino. We arrived at our warm, dry, and welcoming apartment and enjoyed an afternoon Siesta before heading across the road to the local bar for a bite to eat.Read more
