Ferrol

Endlich bin ich in Ferrol angekommen. Zunächst hatte ich überlegt, schon die ersten 15 km zurückzulegen, aber das wäre stressig geworden. Schließlich war ich müde, hatte Hunger und wollte ein Bett in einer Albergue finden. Mit Griet, einer belgischen Pilgerin, habe ich die Stadt erkundet.

Die Stadt ist schön, typisch spanisch. Die Kirche San Francisco war von innen sehr schön und liebevoll, von außen leider nicht.

I finally arrived in Ferrol. At first I thought about covering the first 15 km, but that would have been stressful. Finally, I was tired, hungry and wanted to find a bed in an albergue. I explored the city with Griet, a Belgian pilgrim.

The city is beautiful, typically Spanish. The San Francisco church was very beautiful and lovely on the inside, but unfortunately not on the outside.Read more
