Kata Tjuta

The end of the Great Central Road is just 5 km away from the Kata Tjuta Rock. We arrived very early and so we had enough time to explore this one directly before we continued to the Ayers Rock Resort Campground. It was fun walking around there even though it was very cold and windy. As we came from the west into the national park, we didn't had to pay the entrance fee of 25$ each, because there is no ticket gate :)

Am Ende der Great Central Road landet man automatisch im Uluru Nationalpark. Von dieser Seite gibt es auch kein Ticketschalter für den Park, weshalb wir uns die Eintrittsgebühr von 25$ p. P. sparen konnten :)

Im Nationalpark angekommen ging es für uns erstmal zum Kata Tjuta (direkt am Ende der Great Central Road gelegen und noch ca. 50km vom Uluru entfernt). Hier konnten wir ein bisschen um den Felsen wandern, was nach drei Tagen quasi durchgehend im Auto wirklich gut getan hat.Baca lagi
