The gang is back!

Waiting for a red-eye flight which was meant to depart at 0030hrs, it's only delayed by 30 mins, though. We are all clearly looking forward to the 8ish hour flight ahead!

Cebu Pacific is not a great flight at all. Seats that had no recline ability, no in-flight entertainment, and they rejected our debit cards 😢

Busuanga Airport

A short 1 hour flight from Manila, and we touch down in our first destination, the island of Busuanga!

Black Island

Black island was almost deserted of tourists, apart from a few boats of a couple of people and the locals.

Debotunay Island

A short 25-minute journey across the ocean of choppy water, what was once dry was now drenched.
We pulled up to a beautiful little island beach, across the way a small fishing village with that Czytaj więcej
Paradise

No tours are booked today, but the roosters still woke us at 5am, so we had breakfast at 7am.
It really is a lovely spot 😍, sitting on the beach front, eating breakfast with your friends looking Czytaj więcej

A collection of the furry companions that accompanied us at breakfast and well every meal. They also made sure we were safe on every walk!
Another day in paradise

As the name suggests, another relaxing day. Mostly in part due to insufficient cash and also poor planning, but with us embarking on our next leg to El Nido, where there is going to be far more to do Czytaj więcej
Lio Airport and the Jeepney Ride

We had to wake up with the rossters this morning in order to catch a 550am taxi to take us to the airport for an 8am flight.

Sampaguita Villas and El Nido town

Entalula Island- stop 1

Today, we organised a private boating tour to go around the islands, tours A and B.

This was our next stop as unfortunately we had to skip Snake Island due to it being closed for the filming of South African Survivor - outrageous, we know!

Shimizu Island & Twin lagoons - stop 3/4

We arrived at a small beach for lunch, only 1 other boat was here and that had 2 people on it. The spread they had prepared for us was huge, and sooo yum!

Miniloc Island - Big Lagoon - Stop 5

A short trip, and we were at the kayak part of the tour. Big lagoon, for some reason, required kayak/canoes. We had 1 included with the tour, and we had to rent another for 350 ₽.

Twin Rocks - Stop 6

This had to be one of the favourite spots! Literally a minute away from the big lagoon was our final destination, our last snorkelling experience of the day, again off the boat into some deep, Czytaj więcej
Mexican, Massage and Meandering

We arrived back to El Nido at around 430pm, pretty exhausted we walked back to the accommodation and just had an hour of doing nothing.

It started with rain...

Today's original plan was to get up early, head out for breakfast, and then on to a canopy tour before it gets too hot. However, the weather had other ideas. We woke to some heavy rain fall that Czytaj więcej
Activities, Poolside and Gambling

It was difficult to wake up this morning, but we rallied and headed out by 830am.

This was simply a spot near the edge of an island. We jumped off the boat into a reef that backed onto an underwater cliff.
