…is grenadilla. Related to the passion fruit I think, it opens to a gelatinous goo with seeds. It’s tasty.

Students are learning how to make chocolate from the cocoa plant. The yellow pods contain the seeds encased in a delicious white and gooey fruit. We have to roast the seeds and then remove the skin.Leer más
