last days in the camper - ⛰ 8

    June 12, 2018 in Canada ⋅ ☁️ 12 °C

From Jasper we drove past Mt Robson and were lucky that it wasn't totally hidden in the clouds.
Close to Whistler we hiked up to the gorgeous Joffre Lakes - one more beautiful than the others! And all three have a slightly different colour.
In Whistler we had to spent one day playing cards in the camper cause it was pouring rain. The other day we did the train wreck trail and wanted to visit the olympic village which was unfortunately closed cause they were about to prepare the area there for the upcoming tough mudder. But at least we saw another black bear really close to the road. All the other hikes I got recommended by friends were still closed due to snow. When it was raining in town they got new snow on the top. And in Whistler you can go skiing in summer, too.
Back in Vancouver we were sad to say goodbye to our home for the past three weeks. We just got used to our life in the camper.
