Reached El Calafate

We continued further South along the river Rio La Leona first next to the Laguna Viedma and then along the Lago Argentino. We reached El Calafate at 10:30 am.
Just before getting off, we had noticed that the bus terminal was a bit outside of the town with not that many options to stay nearby. So, we decided to look up a place to stay in the center of the town via booking.com and then directly take a taxi there. At the bus terminal we got a wifi connection and were able to look up and book a hostel next to the main street.Read more
