Traveler Wales did not have its own National Assembly until 1999, and it continued being governed from Westminster. I love the "Independant Tropical Wales" graffiti on the wall behind Her Majesty, Prince Phillip and Prince Charles as they were driven to the official opening. Traveler The interior is really intriguing because the debating chamber is circular and there is a circular public gallery above it. The building was officially opened on St. David's Day, 2006.
