The show was okay, the food vendors were ridiculous, $12 for a sandwich, $4.50 for a bottle of water! We left, found great food and coffee at Hershey Fresh Market!Read more

No journey road trip through Pennsylvania is worth doing without stopping at the Hershey chocolate factory in Hershey Pennsylvania.

Went in for a couple of hours checked out the making of the chocolate and did the chocolate tour ride through the facility. Unfortunately we couldn’t do the big tour bus trip up to the top of the hill where they built a private college, but we’ve got a photo of the college up there and check that out.Read more

Today we said good bye to our friends and ventured 5 hours north to go to Hershey park. We arrived around 3:00 and stayed until closing at 10:00. The kids had sooo much fun. There were many roller coasters that Riann and Rileigh liked (13 in the park) and many other rides that Zak and Randi enjoyed. We thought 7 hours there would have been plenty, but we didn't even see the entire park. It wasn't because of the lines as there really wasn't any. Most of the time, they had to wait one turn and then it was their turn. The park is just that big. We had tired kiddos by the end of the night, but they all kept "it together". Unfortunately, no pictures at Hershey as no one wanted to carry a camera and Jodi's phone had a slight mishap in Virginia and was no longer working.Read more

I got up early, mostly so I didn't get towed, and headed over to Hershey world. Both Carrie and Mike warned me that I would most like be disappointed and they were totally right. It was a lame ride that told you how chocolate was made. I was liking forward to seeing the factory. I got my free candy and headed out.Read more

After an overnight stop in Newburgh, NY, we arrived at Hershey, PA . We spent two action packed days with Avery and Grady at Chocolate World where they did a chocolate tasting and tour and then on to HersheyPark where their goal was to ride all fourteen of the roller coasters! Mission accomplished! I didn't know that there were such huge and scary roller coasters! Tonight we are all exhausted after a fun but tiring day.Read more
