We took off at 11:00 to sail to Savannah from Charleston. This took until 05:30 am to cover 80 miles. Most scary part were the container ships meeting us in the canal. Shivering cold they started to warn us they were coming. Out of nowhere they showed up.

Berlin nach Savannah

Die Gelegenheit ergab sich zu einem Audit ins ferne Savannah nach Georgia zu reisen. Und da sogar Businessclass geflogen werden durfte war meine Hand in Überschall-Geschwindigkeit oben.

So brachte Thea mich am Sonntag-Morgen zum BER jnd verabschiedete mich in die Lufthansa-Lounge.
Nach 5 Stunden Völlerei startete der Flieger Richtung Newark, mein erster Flug in der BusinessClass.
Es ist schon schön den Sitz über den Wolken in ein Bett zu verwandeln🤩.

Trotzdem war spätestens beim letzten Flug nach Savannah die Luft raus, kein Wunder nach fast 30 Stunden.

Murpheys law 2.0 battery died

Woke up this morning by the fire department that we docked at their slip and if we could move the boat further ahead. When we tried to start the engine she didnt start...probably the battery. The belt ia getting lose all the time and probably this doesnt allow the battery to be charged.
In any case the fire department guys came by and towed us to the the adjacent dock.
Last but not least the engine of the dingy doesnt start either. Murpheys law.Read more
