Hitler Bunker

Now it's a larking lot. However, under the parking lot os where the famous Hitler bunker was located. In the final days of World War II, that bunker is where he, and many of his officers, killed Czytaj więcej
Memorial for the Murdered Jews

This is a memorial in honor of the Jews who were murdered by the Nazis. There are 2,711 slabs in the memorial. The setup is not a "maze" but is disorienting/confusing. This was done on purpose. The Czytaj więcej

Berliner Dom - Inside

The Berlin Cathedral is beautiful! Berlin was destroyed during World War II. The vast majority of "old" buildings are new buildings but done to match the original. Thankfully, this one was only Czytaj więcej

Kees wanted to climb the 270+ stairs so we could get to the very top of the dome. It took a lot out of us, but it was worth it!

Deutschlandmuseum

This museum showed the evolution of what is now Germany. They started over 2,000 years ago and continue until the present day. It is a very interactive place, and their visuals were great!

Dönner Kabab

While it isn't German food, Dönners are very popular in Berlin due to the large Turkish population.
