    Bangkok, Thailand’s capital, is a sprawling metropolis known for its ornate shrines and vibrant street life. The boat-filled Chao Phraya River feeds its network of canals, flowing past the Rattanakosin royal district, home to the opulent Grand Palace and its sacred Emerald Buddha temple. Nearby is Wat Pho with its enormous reclining Buddha and, on the opposite shore, Wat Arun with its steep steps and Khmer-style spire. After a little break we wandered through night markets and food stalls in Thailand.Read more

    Malé is the densely populated capital of the Maldives, an island nation in the Indian Ocean. It's known for its historic mosques and colorful skyscrapers. The National Museum, in Sultan Park, showcases regional artifacts like ancient weapons and sultans' thrones. In the north of the city, Huskuru Miskiiy is a 17th-century mosque built of coral stone and housing intricate wood carvings. We wandered through the narrow streets of Male all day with our friend from Maldives Fast Rathon.Read more

    The Maldives is a tropical nation in the Indian Ocean composed of 26 coral atolls, which are made up of hundreds of islands. It’s known for its beaches, blue lagoons and extensive reefs. The capital, Malé, has a busy fish market, restaurants and shops. We went there with the help of my school friend Jayan Mapalagama. He arranged us everything for low cost.Read more

    Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, is called KL by locals. Its modern skyline is dominated by the 451m-tall Petronas Twin Towers. This was very special for me because it was on my birth day and this was the first travel together out of our home country.

    Sandun Ella aka Handun Ella

    This waterfall is which is 30 Meters (100ft) and situated near Kithulgala joins the Kelani ganga. In Sinhala “Hadun” means Sandal wood. It is not known if there was a Sandal wood forest or even the smell of Sandal wood in the water for it to get such a name. However, it is still called Hadun Ella. This was our first outing together with friends and an experienced traveler Mr. Mihin Amarasinghe. He arranged a Waterfall Abseiling session whisch was a brand new experienced for us.Read more
