Treking through the village

So far an incredible day walking though the village hamlets taking to the locals even going inside one of the houses. Certainly a day to remember for the people and scenery, however, not so much forBaca lagi

Back in the car for about 15 min so we can visit Ham Rong Mountain.
Ham Rong Mountain is situated in the centre of Sapa town and according to legend, once upon a time there were a couple of dragonsBaca lagi
Back at the hotel and ready to check in. All I can say is YIPEE we are both exhausted need showers and a rest.
The room has a nice view over the mountain and a comfy bed what more do you want.

Today will focus on visiting more villages. I am hopeful for a little less walking but after a night's sleep I am ready to go again.

We continued walking into the next village all the scenery is very similar but this village specialises in Homestay and it very touristy which is a shame.
Next to Muong Hoa River, Su Pan is a veryBaca lagi
Still walking now we re in Ta Van which is 10 kilometres from Sapa. Ta Van is a village of Lao Cai province and is still in Muong Hoa Valley. Residents are mainly the H'Mong, Giay, and Red Dao.

Ok, we have had a little rest from today's adventure and time to walk around Sapa City Centre.
Lots of little stores, mainly selling hiking gear, and restaurants. It is not very busy yet as mostBaca lagi
Well sort of out on the town, Drinks on the hotel rooftop balcony, a short walk to a restaurant for dinner, another short walk up the hill past the night market and a Vietnamese coffee before retiringBaca lagi
