We finally tried for the first time gyukatsu! It is beef paned in a tonkatsu fashion that you cook yourself on the stone. With a hint of wasabi my god. 😳

A small shrine in the lovely Korean district. A group of japanese was praying.
We came back with Loes to the cocktail bar! Again super cool cocktail: Catana negroni with a red bean cake to eat on the side. And to cut with a mini katana! 🗡️ Cool to see Anna back! CamilleLeia mais
We tried a type of ramen we never tried: duck broth and salted soy sauce. Delicious. The fat was perfectly balanced.
Fuji-san was stormy so we went to Disney instead. 😎
I have to admit the level of details of the decoration is incredible. Makes me want to roleplay.
Back to Shinjuku! Gyozas and a retro bar🍺! I missed Tokyo and I am glad to be back! One gets used so quickly. 😊 The gyozas restaurant had a painting of the pearl-of-wisdom dragon!

The shikansen is right between the sea and the Japanese Alpes. Wonderful view.
By the way, sorry SNCF, but the award for best jingle goes to the shinkansen. 😊
SHINKANSEN ON T'AIME 🚅🚅🚅🚅
We delayed our train by 1 hour to have a chance to try this ramen. We waited in a industrial themed coffee. 😎. Verdict: black garlic ramen 10/10 on Kodawari scale.
The best RAMEN 🐙🐙🐙❣️❣️
A night walk in the shrine park. I love walking japanese streets at night. Especially after sake. ☺️
