Ons wou gaan piekniek maar die wind was wild. Toe kuier ons op Pierre en Pauli se dek. En daarna? Roomys by Davies' Pool.
PodróżnikLekker kuier saam met Hilda en Dries Vandag was regtig ’n besonderse kuier. Ons het sommer op die stoep gepiekniek gehou en heerlik gepekelde tuna geëet. Daarna het ons by Davies gaan stap en afgekom op ’n massiewe doopdiens in die Davies-swembad! Die water was vandag ook ’n ongelooflik lekker temperatuur. Ek het ook ’n baie cool gehekelde beanie gekry, self gemaak deur die bekende Yarn Snob-ghoeroe, Hilda-Ilona Steyn. Dit maak die dag net nog meer spesiaal. Ons het heerlik gesels oor hulle lewe van harde werk en hul SA-toer. Dit was regtig een van daardie kuiers wat mens nog lank sal onthou. Aaah, dit was amazing! Baie dankie vir die kuier — en ook vir my Yarn Snob-beanie!

Vanoggend se ontbyt was eenvoudig, anders, en ongelooflik lekker. Dries het ciabatta toast bestel met tuisgemaakte vissmeer. Myne was sourdough toast met marmelade en kaas.

Peregrine Farm Stall

This farm stall received the award for the best farm stall in SA, in 2023, 2024, and 2025. This place is so busy and quite expensive too. Breakfast was nice though. Four venison pies came home with Czytaj więcej
