Well finally arrived in Lisbon at around 9:30 this morning after a 30 hour trip.

Another warm, sunny day spent sightseeing. Caught the No 28 tram 🚊 from the start through the narrow, streets near the castle to the end of the line, then back.

Had a nice breakfast at the fancy hotel then caught the metro to the coast at Matosinhos, and started the 22km walk North at 10am, following the coast to Vila Do Conde. Theもっと詳しく

旅行者Hi Ann. Yeah, most of the locals (and tourists) seem to speak at least some English....a lot more than our Portuguese 😉
旅行者Hi Ann. Updated reply. In Lisbon and Porto a lot of people speak at least some English, but in other areas there seem to be a lot less English speakers. Google translate comes in handy, and also a bit of guess work 😀
