Cat's Island

Moving along, we walked to 江之島，the island is famous for having more cats than people living on the island. Kids were super excited, um... at first.
After we landed on the island, we started to worry, the island was quite big and 1,000 cats?! Um... this would be a long hide & seek game.
Kids started to complain about seeing more dogs (people walk their dogs on the island) and that it should be called dog island.
Other than not able to see the cats, we had no complains, the place is beautiful. A nice stroll up & down the hill was enjoyable.
We enjoyed Apple mango soft ice cream at the top... and so as the floor as someone got too excited and ran with the ice-cream! No worry. We shared!
On the way down, we finally saw some cats hiding in their secret chamber!! We saw 2 and then spotted another one. Zoe called it Lulu like...
Then on the way we were able to see a few more and we went into a tea house that feed cats. Under the tree we watched the catd eat and enjoyed our green tea!!
Volunteers came around sun set to feed the cats! So we saw more! They are big & really really cute!!もっと詳しく

Curry house by the sea - Moana Makai

Continue our trip in Kamakura, here a special curry house by the sea serving the best curry in town!

下了火車，已經有陣陣的咖哩香，沿著香味很容易便找到了Moana Makai! 它座落於海邊，門口有一排面海位，如果可以坐在那兒多好！

這兒主打咖喱🍛！我點了肉碎咖子，小孩們一人一個小孩咖哩，炸雞炸豬扒！爸爸也來一客炸豬排！我們又點了個蒜蓉炸薯條同海鮮沙律！薯條粗的，很新鮮很香！沙律用貝殼上好美，而且好多海鮮！咖哩呢，香，而且濃厚適中，飯的分量也好多！もっと詳しく

鐮倉，在東京近郊！我們第一站到了那兒的商店街，卻被貓頭鷹🦉海報呼喚了！那裡有很多很品種的貓頭鷹，有的可以模，而學員同休假的就只可以睇！它們全部都好可愛，好柔軟呢！
We arrived our first destination at Kamakura, and then we saw the poster. Was pulled same as the gravity force to the shop upstairs!!
There were so many different types of owls!! Including a snowy one same as the one from Harry Porter!!
It was amazing to see these cutie animals!! It’s cruel on the other hand that they were confined to the small area in the shop. Dilemma!
You can pet them with the back of your hand, if they let you. If they don’t, they usually keep turning their Head!!! You should not touch trainee & those who are on leave!!もっと詳しく

Kanda, not a familiar name in Tokyo! Booked this hotel for it has four people room, reasonable price, and also late night noodle.
Added benefit, it is just 5 mins from JR Kanda, with lots of access!! And next to exit 6 of Metro Kanda!! Though it may look far, Shinjuku is only 3 station away (If you take the correct line of course)
Onsen on the 12/F has both indoor, outdoor, cold bath and sauna!! They use POLA!! And there are also choices for shampoo!! You can even get a free beer or juice from 8pm to 10pm. The free beer is called Tornado the beer is filled from the bottom with the near ever bubbles formed!!!
They offer tea/ coffee 24 hours .. and they have the best chocolate milk!! We did not have breakfast as it is slightly pricey 1500 yen for adult & 800 yen for child. Though the breakfast with Tempura Soba theme do look attractive, consider the price & time needed, we have to pass!!!
Ah... hotel do come with free laundry and 100yen 20minutes dryer services and the driver is really really good! Absolutely soft and no wrinkles!! It is a Rannai!!
Room. Basic and spacious in Tokyo!!
