Visited Luna Nueva (New moon) farm. They are planting in a way that mimics the jungle to take advantage of the relationship between plants...an approach that nourishes the soil.
Spent the day with families in a rural school. Learned about how education works in Costa Rica.
Saw a group perform traditional dances in costume. Then, they taught the Longwood students.
Taught the local children how to make this common American treat. They loved it.
