Over 39°C in Palermo

As I arrive in enchanting Palermo, the mental and physical exertions of the last months take their toll pretty unexpected and so I get a high fever and heavy dizziness. Consequently, I mainly drag myself around the streets to buy some groceries or medication. Despite my "hotheaded" condition, I repress the increasing exhaustion and stick to the plan by taking the ferry to North Africa in one hour.
