Seeing all of these ruins is amazing! I’ve always been fascinated by history and archeology but reading about it so so different from actually experiencing it!
The admission cost for Palatine Hill was included with our Coliseum tickets which was convenient. Well, now that we’ve conquered the lines, let’s see what this place is all about.
Lots of stone remnants of the ancient heart of Rome where laws were passed and other important Roman activities occurred.
Considering the age of these walls, I’m amazed that they are still standing! Things in those days were really made to last!
I’ve enjoyed seeing Palatine Hill but, now that we’ve seen everything, it’s time to move on. I love seeing such historical places. It’s like stepping back into the past!
