Arrived a few minutes early and waited outside. A few more diners arrived and by the time the doors opened, there was quite a queue.
By the time we were seated and settled, half the tables were full.
We ordered the six course chef’s menu with matching wines.
By the time we started the first course, every table was occupied.
Service was amazing and staff explained all about the various dishes and the wines. Wines were varied and from many wine areas in Australia - apart from the champers - Veuve!
Our B&B has a list of suggestions for eateries and referred to this restaurant as a good restaurant. Others were listed as fine dining restaurants - cannot imagine what the others must be like as this was fine dining as far as we’re concerned.
Walk home was a bit interesting as the wine (6 glasses - very full!) matching meant we had a lot more wine than we are used to. Lucky we could walk.もっと詳しく
