Bohinj: Wanderung, Eis und Campen am See

Zeit zum Aufbruch! Das Soča-Tal war sehr schön, aber jetzt wollen wir nochmal was Neues sehen! Also Bus klarmachen und los nach Bohinj! Die Fahrt dauert doch gute 1.5 Stunden und wir sehen allerhand tolle Landschaften, da es lediglich die eine kleine Straße gibt, bergauf bergab durch die Natur. Teilweise sind die Straßen recht holprig, aber der gute Erwin fährt tapfer (und auch der Fahrer Bertram).

In Bohinj angekommen, ist das Wetter etwa durchwachsen, also umrunden wir erst einmal den See - knappe 10km inklusive tollem Eis auf halbem Weg - und suchen dann einen Stellplatz. Heute wird es mal offiziell der Campingplatz, schließlich sind wir im Nationalpark.

Der Abend wird lesend und kochend verbracht - morgen ist wieder sehr gutes Wetter angesagt, da wird geflogen!

Time to be on the road again! We really liked the Soča valley but also look forward to seeing some other part of this country. Thus, we pack the van and get going towards the Bohinj region. The trip is a good 1.5 hours and offers an opportunity to see some beautiful landscapes as the road is rather small and winding along the mountain passes. Our van Erwin and driver Bertram give their best!

Upon arrival in Bohinj, we take a walk around the lake - 10km and with a splendid portion of homemade ice cream half way. The evening is spent reading and cooking. Tomorrow should be sunny and allow some great activities.Baca lagi
