Bear Rock

Off to Puñihuil

Mirador Arena Gruesa

Beach near Fuerte San Antonio fort

Just next to the fortress along the Northern side, there is a secluded beach. We walked down from the fort, but it was quite dirty and smelly due to the seaweeds and other organic waste from the sea.Baca selengkapnya

Reaching Ancud

Ferry to Chacao

From Pargua, the ferry goes to Chacao port on the Chiloé island. We drove our car onto the ferry and then ran to the top deck to see the sunset.

Mirador Muelle Frutillar

There is nice little quay like structure on the beach in Frutillar. It is used as a viewpoint now. Originally, it was constructed in honor of a dignitary visiting the town via the lake.

Cabañas Nachito

Eventually, we had to drive about 20 kms back till we found a place open for staying. All the other cabañas on the way were either closed permanently or not open for the season yet.

Jump in the river

Towards the end of the ride, the guide took us to a rock on the side of the river from where we had an amazing view of the surroundings and the river below was deep enough to jump in and swim. TheBaca selengkapnya
