First DDD stop was Nicole's Pastry and Cafe in Fargo, North Dakota. It did not disappoint. We had a wonderful lunch of healthy homemade sandwiches and soup, and some carrot ginger soup. The soup hadEn savoir plus

Not really something exciting on today. Less than 2 hours drive. Ate something healthy for once. ;-) Now I'm looking forward to watch the World Cup games! :-)

Woke up to a very, very light rain. Just loud enough for me to hear, but not Tom. 🤭 It barely got the top of the jeep wet, so took a quick walk out to the Buffalo river to get a peek and a view ofEn savoir plus
Cleaned bikes, did laundry, visited a quilt shop, trip to the mall, visit to the Roger Maris Museum, massage and dinner. Preparing for 7 days of riding before the next rest day!
Not much seen on the way back so far. Made my way through Minnesota and into North Dakota. Fargo was a lot bigger then I thought it would be. Pretty sunset in the campsite.
