After a great night in the US Forest Service campground at Williwaw, Alaska, we are off to Whittier. This tiny town is at the opening of prince William Sound, and we plan on a 4 hour boat to seeLes mer
Glacier tour to Surprise glacier which was calving. Too awesome for words. Sea lions, bald eagles, salmon hatching.
Disembarked at Whittier.
Town has a population of ~200 people during the winter and ~600 during the summer.
Cruise part of our adventure is over. Now we’re on our way to Denali.
