We met a local forager and learned about the many edible things found on the coast. Then we stopped at Galway for a little exploring on the way to the next hotel.
Long bike ride for Scott and I! Girls did a portion and caught a ride for the rest. Enjoyed some gorgeous views and dinner in town.

We did an epic hike through mountains and ended at a sheep farm. The collie’s were amazing herding the sheep and we learned about the 5th generation sheep farm from farmer Tom.
Horseback riding and traditional tea to celebrate Father’s Day at the amazing Ashford Castle! Tomorrow we head to England.
