We came across this fantastic and free to enter castle enroute today. Great fun to explore and play scary knights in. What a long long way to the top though!
Teach an Aragail - the westernmost campsite in Europe (apparently). Dingle at last and what a fabulous place it seems already. We're nicely tucked away in a lovely little site and expecting to beLæs mere
Sea, mountains and sky. Waves, cliffs and clouds. Sunshine, rain, wind and Star Wars. Fantastic day today following the Slea Head Drive around the peninsula plus a quick sprint up to the view point onLæs mere
So many of these to look at but chose this one. Great to wander around but I didn't tackle the tunnel as it looked a bit ropey.
Well the storm hit at about 0600 this morning but we were tucked away behind the big hedge so were fine and just had to sit it out. So we finally had time to try and answer a question that had beenLæs mere
Big hop today down to Kerry, with the remnants of storm Agnes nipping at our heels. Do we do the Ring of Kerry? Do we do it clockwise or anticlockwise - with the myriad coaches or against them? WeLæs mere
We made the best of the good weather today by getting out for a good walk along the Kerry Way. What a lovely walk - Acres of golden smooth sand, huge rocks like stranded whales on the beach, hiddenLæs mere

The Burren is home to an incredible mix of wildflowers Ann, they grow within the cracks of the limestone pavement, a real contrast to the grey rocky landscape .It was a treat to spot a few, but Spring time is the best time to visit , when the whole of the burren comes alive with colour.
