      Langer Arbeitstag! Wir waren am Vormittag auf einen Outdoorspielplatz. Das war ganz cool. Wir spielten mit Wasser und sind da herungeturnt. Danach war wieder Essenszeit. Nach dem Essen haben wir noch im Haus gespielt, bis dann wieder Badezeit und Essenszeit war. Danach habe ich wieder mit Jana Monopoly gespielt und dann war der Tag für mich auch schon vorbei :) ich war dann nur noch duschen und habe mit der Mama "Dark" geguckt :)

      Long working day! We went to an outdoor playground in the morning. It was really cool. We played with water and did gymnastics there. Afterwards it was time for lunch again. After dinner we played in the house until it was bath time and dinner time again. Afterwards I played with Jana Monopoly again and then the day for me was already over :) I only had a shower and watched "Dark" with my mom :)      Read more

      Heute war wieder ein langer Arbeitstag. Es war diesmal aber ganz ok. Frühs haben wir ZU Hause wieder gespielt und da es so ein schöner Tag war, sind wir Nachmittags zum Pool gefahren. Abends war ich noch unterwegs :)

      Langer Tag. Heute wieder 10 Stunden Arbeit. War ziemlich nervig heute. Ich hasse diese Tage. Habe mich wieder jeden Tag, den ganzen Tag mit den Kindern beschäftigt. Und die waren super nervig. Die Kleine rennt die ganze Zeit nur durchs Haus und du musst bei der ja immer hinter her sein, weil sie sonst nur scheiße baut. Und die andere meckert, dass du bei ihr bleiben sollst und mit ihr spielen sollst...
      Achja und ich war zwischendurch noch einkaufen und mit dem Hund spazieren.
      War ziemlich ätzend, deswegen bin ich abends nach der Arbeit und auch erstmal ins Fittnesstudio um mich abzureagieren....

      Long day. 10 hours of work again today. It was a shit day today. I hate these days. Got stuck with the kids every day, all day again. And they were super annoying. The little one is running around the house all the time and you have to chase after her because otherwise she just fucks up. And the other one complains that you should stay with her and play with her...

      Heute war wieder ein langer Arbeitstag, wie jedes Wochenende. Während ich in der Früh wieder mit Jana viel gespielt habe, da Jayda Therapie hatt. Haben wir am Nachmittag zusammen gespielt. An sich ist heute nicht viel passiert. Außer, dass Jayda krank ist und ich deswegen 2 1/2h weniger gearbeitet habe, um die dann morgen zu arbeiten und zu helfen. Abends habe ich dann mein Buch weitergelesen :)

      Today was again a long working day, like every weekend. While I played a lot with Jana again in the morning, because Jayda has therapy. We played together in the afternoon. Actually not much happened today. Except that Jayda is sick and that's why I worked 2 1/2h less to work and help her tomorrow. In the evening I continued reading my book :)      Read more

      Heute war ein Tag voller neuer Eindrücke :)
      Ich startete heute früh aus Brisbane. Dazu muss man sagen, dass ich mega viel Zeit hatte, da mein Flug erst um 12:25 Uhr ging 😅. Daher hatte ich eigentlich vor um 8:30 Uhr aufzustehen, aber die Asiatinnen aus meinem sind der Meinung man braucht 4 Stunden um sich fertig zu machen, wenn man um 9 Uhr das Zimmer verlassen will. Also wären die seit 5 Uhr wach und haben sich fertig gemacht und lautstark rungekramt😣 super ätzend!
      Naja aufjedenfall als ich dann wach war habe ich meine Sachen gepackt und habe gegen viertel vor 10 ein Uber zum Flughafen genommen, da ich ja heute meinen neuen Job als Aupair in Canberra anfange 😊. Am Flughafen angekommen, hatte ich mich dann eingecheckt und bin zum Gate. Das verrückte war, dass du dich selber an einem Computer einckeckst und deine Board Karte und den Anhänger für dein Gepäck selber ausdruckst und dann zum Bag drop off gehst und deinen Koffer auch selber wiegst und aufgibt sozusagen. Also ich finde, dass ist echt ne coole Sache und es geht ziemlich schnell 🤔. Im Gate dann angekommen bin ich da noch ein wenig herumgeschlendert und habe mich in ein Café gesetzt. Dort habe ich einen Coffee Frappé getrunken und einen typischen Lamingtonkichen probiert, der für Brisbane bekannt ist :)
      Der Flug dauerte 1 1/2 Stunden, aber ich muss sagen die Landung war ziemlich ruppig 😅. Am Flughafen angekommen habe ich erstmal den Gepäckschalter gesucht, aber ihn dann auch gefunden. Aber ich muss sagen, die Flughäfen sind deutlich besser organisiert, als bei uns 😁. Am Gepäckband habe ich dann auch meine Aupair Mom und eine der zwei Girls getroffen. Anschließend sind wir dann nach "Hause" gefahren und ich habe mein neues zu Hause gesehen. Es ist ein altes Haus neu renoviert und sieht echt schön aus :) zu mal es sehr groß ist und der Garten auch 😁. Ich wurde super herzlich von der Familie empfangen und die Kinder haben mich direkt ins Herz geschlossen! Mein Zimmer ist auch sehr schön. Also bisher kann ich mich nicht beklagen. Nach einem Rundgang durch das Haus, habe ich direkt erstmal mit den Kindern gespielt und dann gab es was zu Essen und anschließend gingen sie ins Bett. Danach habe ich noch mit den Eltern auf der Couch gesessen und sie haben mir die Regeln und ein paar wichtige Informationen erzählt :). Es war wirklich super herzlich und ich fühlte mich gut aufgenommen! :)
      Nach dem Gespräch ging es dann nach einer Dusche auch ins Bett, weil der Tag wirklich ziemlich lang war 😁

      Today was a day full of new impressions :)
      I started this morning from Brisbane. To this one I must say that I had much time, since my flight did not leave until 12:25 am 😅. That's why I had planned to get up at 8:30 a.m., but the Asians from my room are thinking that you need 4 hours to get ready if you want to leave the room at 9 a.m.. So they would be awake since 5am and got ready and they were really loud😣 super sucks!
      Anyway, when I was awake, I packed my things and took a transfer to the airport around quarter to 10:00, since I'm starting my new job as an aupair in Canberra today 😊. Arrived at the airport, I checked in and went to the gate. The crazy thing was that you check yourself in at a computer and print out your board card and the tag for your luggage yourself and then you go to the bag drop off and weigh your suitcase yourself. So I think that's really cool and it goes pretty fast 🤔. Arrived at the gate I strolled around a bit and sat down in a café. There I drank a Coffee Frappé and tried a typical Lamington cake, which is known for Brisbane :)
      The flight lasted 1 1/2 hours, but I must say the landing was pretty rough 😅. Arriving at the airport I looked for the luggage counter, but found it. But I have to say, the airports are much better organized than in our country 😁. At the baggage carousel I met my aupair Mom and one of the two girls. Afterwards we drove home and I saw my new home. It is an old house newly renovated and looks really nice :) at times it is very big and the garden also 😁. I was very warmly welcomed by the family and the children took me straight into their hearts! My room is also very nice. So far I can not complain. After a tour of the house, I first played directly with the children and then there was something to eat and then they went to bed. After that I sat with the parents on the couch and they told me the rules and some important information :). It was really super warm and I felt well received! :)

      Oh man, ich könnte hier eigentlich jeden Tag nur Copy and paste machen...
      Es ist ziemlich jeden Tag das Gleiche. Ultra langweilig. Ja wie gesagt morgens habe ich sehr viel aufgeräumt und geputzt. Dann habe ich it Jayda gespielt. War mal wieder mit Isabel draußen und am Abend habe ich Jayda ins Bett gebracht.

      Heute war der erste Tag in meiner Aupair Familie. Wir starteten gegen 8:30 und brachten die 5- Jährige in die Preschool. Vom da aus bin ich mit der Mutter durch die Stadt gefahren und sie hat mir Canberra ein wenig gezeigt. Anschließend sind wir nach Hause und ich habe meine Klamotten gewaschen. Danach haben wir das andere Mädchen aus der Childcare abgeholt und sind dann wieder nach Hause, wo ich mit den Kindern und der zweiten Nanny gespielt habe. Dann war Baden angesagt und anschließend Abendessen. Nach dem Abendessen haben wir noch ein wenig gespielt und dann ging es für die Kinder auch schon gegen halb 8 ins Bett :). Also an sich ein sehr entspannter Tag :)

      Today was the first day in my aupair family. We started at 8:30 and brought the 5 year old into preschool. From there I drove with my mother through the city and she showed me Canberra a little. Afterwards we went home and I washed my clothes. Then we picked up the other girl from Childcare and went back home where I played with the kids and the second nanny. Then it was time for washing and dinner.       Heute war wieder ein langer Arbeitstag:). Während ich in der Früh wieder mit Jana gespielt habe, habe ich als die Eltern mit Jana ins Fitnessstudio gegangen sind, mich mit Jayda beschäftigt. Am Nachmittag sind wir zu den Eltern von Mark gefahren. Da habe ich euch mal ein paar Fotos mitgebracht, weil ich deren Lebensweise so strange finde. Die leben so clean und nichts an den Wänden, sieht aus als würde man das Haus noch verkaufen wollen😅. Also das Wort Dekoration kennen die nicht 😅. Als wir dann zurück waren, war mein Arbeitstag auch schon fast zu Ende. Ich habe mich dann in mein Zimmer gesetzt und abends noch mit den Eltern gequatscht.
      Achja und heute war der schlimmste Tag mit dem Rauch von den Buschfeuern, schaut euch das Bild an....

      Canberra Tag 22

      Heute war wieder einer der kurzen TAGE. Während ich in der Früh wieder ultra lange gebraucht habe, um aus dem Bett zu kommen, habe ich durchaus einiges geschafft. Ich habe nämlich heute geputzt und gewaschen und das Zimmer gewechselt. Da Ende Januar das zweite Aupair kommt und ich zur Zeit in ihrem Zimmer gewohnt habe, habe ich es jetzt gewechselt :). Ansonsten startete um 5 wieder die Arbeit, wo ich Jayda wieder gebadet habe und dann bisschen aufgeräumt, gespielt und sowas halt. Zur Bedtime habe ich Jayda dann ins Bett gebracht, ach Mensch die kleine ist schon Zucker 😊
      Danach habe ich noch bisschenTV mit den Eltern geguckt und dann ging es ins Bett.

      Today was again one of the short DAYS. While it took me a long time to get out of bed in the morning, I did quite a lot. Today I cleaned and washed and changed the room. Because the second aupair is coming at the end of January and I was living in her room at the moment, I changed it now :). Apart from that, I started work again at 5pm, where I gave Jayda a bath again and then cleaned up a bit, played and stuff like that. At bedtime I put Jayda into bed, oh man the little one is already sugar 😊

      Nach Silvester erst mal nen langen Tag, na klasse. Aber ich muss sagen, der verging ziemlich schnell. Morgens habe ich natürlich wie immer mit dem Kindern gespielt. Ich wollte mich sogar daran versuchen, die vollgeschissene Windel von Jayda zu wechseln, aber ich kriege es nicht hin. Das ist ja zum kotzen 😅. Gegen Nachmittag ist Jana dann zu ihrer Freundin spielen gefahren und ich habe mit Jayda TV geschaut und sollte darauf aufpassen, dass sie nicht einschläft. Ich musste dabei sogar selber drauf aufpassen, dass ich jciht einschlafe 😅. Abends habe ich dann Jana abgeholt mit der Mama und durfte selber fahren. Puh, aber die als Beifahrerin ist auch nur minimal anstrengend... Ich glaube sie denkt, dass ich noch nie Auto gefahren bin 🤔 auch wenn es verkehrt rum ist hier..
      Naja als die Kinder dann im Bett waren, haben wir zusammen Lucifer angefangen. Ich muss sagen, die Serie ist echt gut :). Nach einer Folge ging es dann aber auch ins Bett, bin doch schon ziemlich müde.

      A long day after New Year's Eve, great. But I have to say, it went by pretty fast. In the morning, of course, I played with the kids as usual. I even tried to change Jayda's shitty diaper, but I couldn't do it. That sucks 😅. In the afternoon Jana went to her friend's house to play and I watched TV with Jayda and was supposed to take care that she didn't fall asleep. I even had to make sure that I didn't fall asleep too 😅. In the evening I picked up Jana with her mum and was allowed to drive myself. Phew, but being a passenger is only minimal exhausting... I think she thinks that I have never driven a car before 🤔 even if it is upside down here...
      Well, when the kids were in bed, we started Lucifer together. I got to say, it's a good serie.) But after one episode I went to bed too, I'm pretty tired already.      Read more
