Just a little 4 mile jaunt around Citrus Park. I offered the pack whatever length trail they wanted, and no one was really interested in the 5 mile runner's trail I had planned. So extended theLue lisää
My third hare in less than a week. I also offered them whatever trail length they wanted, and they wanted the full 5 miles for runners, and I gave the walkers a cutoff for 3 miles. It was anotherLue lisää
Ran a Jolly Roger H3 trail on the 22nd, and a Sarasota Circus H3 on the 26th. Good fun with a good run.

It was a beautifully hot day in Paraguay, and a great day for a hash (like really, when is not a good day for a hash?) We even had Mu-sick and Thar She Blows in town to join us from Key West.

Some of the sites from a quick drive around the city on my first day in Rio.
Had to go up for a closer look. It was 5 kms going up, with a 3200 foot elevation gain. Coming down we took the long route, but only 8 kms. Pretty amazing views again.
It was our first trail of the first Nash Hash in Brazil, and it was a Red Dress Run. Trail took us on an 8 Km loop though Ipanema and over to Leblon. It was a fun evening into night time trail, thatLue lisää
