When plans don’t work out, change them

Work infiltrated the weekend and the fridge isn’t working on gas AGAIN 😢

So instead of going off grid this weekend we delayed our trip and instead chose to spend my week off at a powered site until the van goes in to have a new fridge installed

Impromptu few days at NRMA Phillip Island Caravan Park while Johnny works and I play.

A little preparation for living in the van before our month long trip in April and longer trip, which cannot come soon enough😀

Not quite sea views, more of a glimpse.
But just a hop, skip and jump to the beach and a wonderful place to start the day with a coffee and end it relaxing with a good book watching the sun setLeggi altro

We would love to catch a squid for dinner so have been learning how to catch, clean, prep and cook it

But we will take it in baby steps 😜

Bought locally caught squid that had been cleaned ready for me to prep and Johnny to cook
