Start with a 6:30am Sorta recital ceremony at the shrine where we spent the night. Then touring the Mt Koya Shrines and temples and the Cemetery with its huge Cedar trees. Then by road to Ryujin OnsenWeiterlesen

Rejoin the Nakahechi route, visited the Hongu Taisha Grand Shrine then a hike back to the Onsen.

The second of the 3 great shrines (Shinto) Nachi Taisha and the buddist temple Seiganto-ji temple and Nachi Waterfall. 276 steps through big, beautiful cedar trees to get to… more steps, 😂
