Made it our first destination! Few breakdowns in the group and one car lost its driveshaft. Nothing not repairable!

Driving day to Auguthella via Barcaldine, Blackall, and Tambo.
What? A day at the beach 1,000k from the ocean. Yep there is a beach right here on the river, beautiful fine sand with nice open sunshine and safe swimming for the kids.
Drove the 216 km to Tambo, stopped at Augathella for coffee on the way, On arrival booked into the Mill Motel Caravan Park. After lunch we walked around to the site of the first Qantas plane crashWeiterlesen
