Day 61. Endersbach to Tettnang, GermanyOctober 4, 2019 in Germany ⋅ ⛅ 7 °C
A cold and rainy day. Farewell to Endersbach. We loved our time with our relatives. It was sad to leave.
We took the S Bahn to Stuttgart then 2 trains to Meckenbeuren where cousin Stefan Kilian (Otto’s son) and son Moritz picked us up. We drove to their home in Tettnang. We had a favourite Schwäbisch lunch made by Andi, lentils with wiener wurst and spaetzle. The other children Franka and Ellen (twin to Moritz) were home too. Today is a public holiday in Tettnang for German unification day of West and East Germany (30 years since the falling of the Berlin Wall).
What we do for a good beer! Late afternoon Stefan, Ron and I walked 2km in the rain to the craft beer brewery Hopfengut No 20.Read more
