We started the eastern end of the Nullarbor and stopped for fuel at the iconic roadhouse. We were surprised to find that the scenery included much more than just red dirt!
Today we broke up our travela with a stop at the Head of the Bight lookout for some jaw dropping views. It's only a shame we weren't a month later, when the Southern Right Whales are migrating past.
We travelled further across SA to Ceduna. We took a walk along the very long jetty, which also formed a great setting for the sunset.

On our first night in Port Augusta we watched the sun set from the Red Cliff lookout. This first experience with red dirt made it feel like our Aussie adventure had really begun!
