Left early in the morning for a day in Cape Range National Park which includes to Ningaloo Reef.

A slow start to the day before hitting the gorges! The gorges in Karijini have been cut down through the red, iron ore rocks and are up to 100 metres deep.

Left Eighty Mile Beach early this morning for a loooooong drive, just over 650 kms, to Karijini National Park.
Stopped over in Port Hedland for a refuel, restock, coffee and morning tea and thenLeggi altro
Arrived early into Halls Creek to fuel up, pump up the tyres and a coffee. At the camping ground a lot of cleaning was undertaken to remove dust from cars, caravans and clothes.

Leaving Wolfe Creek alive and in one piece we headed off early for the last leg of the Tanami into Halls Creek.
The Tanami Track itself had some challenges across the 850+ kilometres of red sand,Leggi altro
Arrived into the Wolfe Creek Meteorite Crater site and set up our vans for the night. Fairly basic facilities but clean. Walked up to the crater for a look and then back up again for sunset drinks.
